Excellent opportunity for a highly qualified and committed sales professional who is well-experienced in sales and wants to be part of an expanding sales group.
Successful candidates will possess a minimum of one to three years related sales experience selling medical, industrial-work, hospitality, or corporate uniforms in a professional environment using a disciplined Value-Based/ Consultative Sales Process. Previous experience with team selling is desirable and demonstrated successful experience calling on multi-departmental middle management executives.
Position Summary
This position is responsible for business development, growth, and retention of both new and existing accounts within an assigned regional territory.
Responsible for overall management of customer accounts, maintaining relationships with key individuals within their client organizations, the growth and maintenance of existing business, and the aggressive development of new business.
The Sales Account Executive will exceed or achieve sales quota by delivering market share and market share growth as well as other key metrics in the assigned territory. The individual executes the company's brand strategy and tactics within the assigned customer segment. The Sales Account Executive influences stakeholders within assigned institutions to support the use of the company’s products in the treatment of relevant disease states by applying effective selling skills and in-depth analysis and business expertise. The Sales Account Executive approaches each customer from a total account management perspective, by leveraging resources appropriately, collaborating with business partners and accurately articulating the value proposition for the customer, including key stakeholders (i.e. Procurement and Purchasing.)
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include driving specialty product sales into individual account targets, assisting our contracted distributor partners in protecting our base of business by training and co-selling with their sales representatives; driving sales of new products into targeted accounts; developing and encouraging strong client relationships, and building brand loyalty and customer satisfaction. Must be able to plan, prioritize, monitor, and track all sales cycle events. Present the clinical benefits of our products through individual and committee presentations. Will track, report and analyze sales opportunities on a routine basis. Responsible for forecasting, monitoring, and posting sales activities within respective territories.
